The Tesla Model Y is the utility vehicle in the Tesla range and, as such, can carry seven passengers and extra luggage. With top speeds ranging between 135 and 155mph (217 to 250 kmh – depending on whether you opt for the Long Range or Performance vehicles respectively), it’s not hard to see why the Model Y is becoming a big seller amongst utility vehicles.
When looking at perfecting your Model Y, there are many practical accessories that you can choose from, from roof racks to paint repair kits. This blog will look at the best jack pads for your Model Y. (If you’re unsure what jack pads are, they are pads designed increase the stability of your vehicle, whilst protecting its underside.)

Carwiner Jack Pads
Carwiner have produced a set of jack pads which are compatible with the Model Y (as well as the 3, S and X). These pads are made of rubber and provide a cushioning effect. The pads, which retail at $25.99, come with a storage bag and an adapter pad and are easy to use and store. However, if you are unsure how to use them, it is always recommended that you attend your local dealership and ask a qualified mechanic to use them. In reviews, customers have been quick to praise them as being well designed and easy to use, but others have stated that the smell of the pads is unappealing and requires a heavy use of air fresheners to cover it.
